Oh my! Is there a trend here or what?! Mine is my belly, too. I have that horrible overhang. Must be one of those mother's curse things.....my Mom had this overhang and I swore I'd never have one I think mine might be worse than hers! Hubby says I can have a tummy tuck if I want....not sure where we'll get the money for that! Maybe we'll win the lotto or maybe the doctor will feel so doggone sorry for me.
Belly belly belly here!! BIG overhang. I can't wait for it to go away!!
Rhonda - My husband says we can get surgery for me too once I'm at goal for a while...but like you, I'm like "where are we getting the moolah for that??"
My stomach is definitely not the problem. For me, the problem is more in my hips (love handles) and my upper thighs. Those are the two places that I carry all of my weight. I think it will be easier to take the weight off of my sides so I think that if I could choose I would want to zap it all off of my thighs.
I'm right along with ya'll...I want my belly gone! That awful overhang...makes pants look so bad! And I have a fat roll that goes all around my hips so skirts don't look nice either.
I've been down this road before, know what to expect. The love handles, calves & thighs will melt away, but the upper arms & bust areas will develop hanging flaps. (That's WITH aerobics & strength training.) The trucker belly will deflate a little, but the overhang will be even more pronounced, as a sorta bulky loose flap. (I still remember the hour in my 2nd pregnancy, when the whole lower abdomen just gave way!) I've had it examined it by a doctor; it won't "tighten up" by itself, so yeah a tummy tuck for this ol' mother too! Husband says we'll find the money somehow....
Seriously, another belly here! Mine doesn't protrude out too badly, but I hate the over hang; it doesn't show when I'm dressed, but... I also hate my love handles.
And here's another one: Back fat!! My back rolls have gone down considerably, but I'd like them gone completely.
Oh and one last one: my 2nd chin. I only need one, thank you very much.
For me getting rid of the double/triple chin was first priority.
Second was the 47 inch belly. I got so tired of people asking "when's your baby due" that I just started saying "In 2 weeks" even when I wasn't pregnant. LOL.
