WTG everyone!!

Shelly & Ashely - WOO HOO on 9 lbs!!! Awesome!

Nelie - Doesn't it feel great to enter the next "decade"??? That's great!!

As for me, I'm up 1/2 a lb! No shocker as I weigh everyday, but I was really on plan this week, except for Easter Sunday - and I only went about 300-400 cals over. I think it's my exercise, which has pretty much dropped off. Gotta get back to it...I know the lbs will come off when I do.

Ritzy - yay, another pound gone!

Absolutely, quitting is simply NOT an option, it's just NOT. Celebrate that one lb. girl. That is nothing to feel badly about. NOTHING. LOSING 1lb DOES require some work and discipline without a doubt. If you've lost 1 lb, well then you can certainly lose another and another. Hang tough. You are worth it. The food - not so much.

Egh. I need to stop weighing in every day, becuase it's making me crazy. At first it would keep me "on track" but now it's just frustrating. I feel bloated and gross but weighed in anyway.

I was 244.5 last week, and after last weekend I'd gained 4, then I lost another 2. So I'm up two from last week to 246.6. Oh well. Next week is another story, hopefully.

Here I am the last one of the week! I am down 1 pound also. Total of 45 for the 14 weeks! I am really looking forward to the next 5 being gone - that 5-0 number will look good somewhere else!

Dana - hang in there! We're all pulling for you. I'm still trying to decide how weighing every day affects me....I've tried weighing weekly, every other day, daily, twice a week...just can't seem to figure out what is best for my frame of mind. Right now I'm in a daily mode but that one does tend to frustrate me quite a bit, too. I think the entire process sometimes just gets a little overwhelming, don't you!?

Mrs Q - Great job! 45 lbs in 14 weeks!!! That's outstanding!

I was down 2 yesterday, but last night was a happy hour for someone leaving our group and I overindulged. So I'm up 3 pounds from yesterday, 1 pound for the week. I'm taking comfort in the fact that there's no way I could have gained 3 pounds of fat in 24 hours, so my goal is to lose this 3 pounds of water weight this weekend.

MrsQuadcrew - congrats on the loss!

SexyRevealed - I think you're right - there's no way you gained 3 pounds over night!

Dana - I'm sorry about the gain! People on another board I'm on seemed to really struggle with the holiday weekend as well. Just stick with it and I'm sure you'll see a big loss next week!

Char - Just one pound? One pound is a GREAT loss!

Dana, good for you for not giving up. And a pound is wonderful! In fact, I lost a pound this week!! VFT for me!! The scale is finally moving downward again. 95 total--yay!

Congrats to everyone on their losses. And to the people who didn't have losses, well, tomorrow is another chance to get back on track.

Robin, please don't ever feel like you can't share your success with us. I'm sad that the thought went through your head. I'm always so happy to hear about people's success. As others have said, you are definitely an inspiration!
