You will be there before you know it! Eat plenty of fiber and drink lots of water. Both really help to eliminate the toxins from fat burning and will also carry out the fat from your body. Watch carbs, too. Days that I eat more of them than I should cause me to bloat right up, and that causes the weight to go up with it.
