Protein Shake?

Does anyone have a recipie for a protein shake that taste good and is not a lot of points? I have been making the shakes from the Abs Diet recipies but they add up to 6 points! And considering I have 20 for the day-6 is a lot for one shake!

Just add a scoop of whey protein and then add the points to the smoothie points.
