Hi there,
I just joined WW after many months of no success on my own. I have yo-yo'd the past couple of years and it has become so very frustrating that I need some support and accountability.
I walk 5 times per week for an hour so my exercise is good but it's my eating that sucks. I love healthy food (all food really) but I sometimes succumb to the lure of fast food/convenience food. And my portions are horrid!
Anyway I just wanted to say hi and expect to see me here. Thanks!
