New to WW

  • Hi there,

    I just joined WW after many months of no success on my own. I have yo-yo'd the past couple of years and it has become so very frustrating that I need some support and accountability.

    I walk 5 times per week for an hour so my exercise is good but it's my eating that sucks. I love healthy food (all food really) but I sometimes succumb to the lure of fast food/convenience food. And my portions are horrid!

    Anyway I just wanted to say hi and expect to see me here. Thanks!
  • Kayethree, you sound so much like me!! I like most foods too...I even love veggies...but I also love my sweets and other junk foods. I am such a snacker...eap in the evenings! I can totally mess up a good diet day by snacking too much in the evening! Today I joined WW too. I'm a little worried because I am diabetic and it doesn't seem to focus much on carbs but I'm hoping it will help me overall and that should help my diabetes. I wish you the best and maybe we can encourage each other.
