Default Anyone have tips for a stay-at-home-mom?

I've gained all my weight from being home with the kids and snacking all day. I know it would be easier to lose this weight if I were not at home, surrounded by food all day. Anyone else at home? And how do you keep yourself on track? I think I might turn orange from all the baby carrots I'm eating. lol

I know it isn't easy having all the food around,

Get out of the house, library, mall, walmart, outside etc.....
don't let yourself get bored.

i worked most of my daughters life, and that is very difficult also, with coworkers eating out, and bringing all kinds of yummy not healthy stuff,
and vending machines with snacks and sodas....aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

find some mom friends to have play dates.

Find a church with bible studies, and moms groups..etc...

when i buy treats for the hubby, and daughter i try to chose what temps me the least out of what they like, otherwise i can eat an entire box or container of stuff...........

you can contact me if you ever want to talk.
