Here I go starting again, maybe this time it will work.
What is your favorite low fat or fat free or sugar free desserts?
Just wondering.

I,m on a pretty strict diet so the only desert I can have is either fruit or jello light!

I made a Fat-Free cake for work. I made an angel food cake with one package of sugar free strawberry jello. For the frosting, I mixed two Fat-Free,Lite cool whip container (the regular size) together with the dry mix of one sugarfree/fatfree vanilla pudding. Cut the cake in half and frosted it, then placed a layer of strawberries, then put the top later on and frosted all over the rest of the cake. Then placed strawberries on top.

Ends up being about 5 pts if you cut it into 12 pieces, if I figured it out right. The whole thing has: 2950 cal - 6 fibers - 0 fat

We made one this last weekend that was similar but with a yellow cake mix and pinapple. We used the juice from the pinapple in place of the water needed for the cake.

Hope this gives you an idea or two. I love the sugarfree jello, but cake is nice once in a while w/out having to worry too much about the pts.

1 cup Frozen Strawberries, 1 cup soda, 2T of chocolate pudding powder, 2T cool whip, a splash of DaVinci Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup.

Tastes like chocolate covered Strawberries and really filling.
