Question Rotisserie Turkey

Does anyone own a rotisserie and have you used it for Turkey? Mine is brand new, never used and I'm scared to death to use it. Call me silly, but I just need some encouragement. Thanks.

Hi Susan!

My fiancee's mom has a rotisserie and she says its great! You should try the turkey -- if there is a book that came with it I am sure it will give you instructions.

And whenever I see it on QVC people call in and rave and rave.

Good luck!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Tara

My friend just bought a rotissarie, and today she brought in a turkey cutlet!! It was SOOOO GOOOOD. She marinated it in fat free italian dressing first and then rotissarie'd it!
