I was wondering how many points sunflower seeds have because it's a comfort food for me when I want to binge.(which happens all the time of course..) I'm talking about unsalted ones of course..

By my calculations and research, a whole cup of sunflower seeds with shells is about 7.5 to 8 PP, with lots of good for you fats and vitamins. That number assumes you aren't going to eat the shells!
