Default Vita-Brownies & Multivitamins

I just had a Dark Chocolate Pomegranate VitaBrownie for breakfast (yum!), only 1 Point too, but I also took it with a One-A-Day multivitamin, and coffee.

Apparently that was a bad combo -- vitamin overload! -- because I got very nauseated within 10 minutes and just tossed half my breakfast into the kitchen sink

Does that happen to anyone else?

General warning, I guess Maybe I'll take the multivitamin with dinner instead, ha!

I've had nausea/gas after taking a multivitamin first thing in the morning too -- I wonder if it's the vitamins or something in the fillers. Now I don't take my vitamin first thing in the morning or on an empty stomach. There are other things I can't eat at breakfast either -- yogurt and applesauce -- but they don't seem to bother other people. I cringe when I see my best friend eating her regular yogurt for breakfast!
