Default Chicken Fingers recipe... need help figuring out points

3oz boneless skinless chicken breast with fat removed, and cut into strips
1 egg white
1/4 cup oats
1/4 tsp Ms Dash Italian Medley
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive olive

I used the olive oil to lightly coat a pan. Then I mixed the egg white and seasonings and put the strips into the egg white mixture. Lastly, I rolled the strips in the oats. They are baking at 350F for approx. 30 mins.

7 strips per serving but they are teeeny.

Does anyone know how many points are in this recipe?

4 points for the entire recipe

I used the daily plate to figure out the nutritional value of the recipe. The whole recipe is 211 calories, 7.8g Fat (1.3g Saturated Fat), and 2.0g Dietary Fiber. Assuming the recipe is 1 serving, then it has 4 WW points.

Gracie, Thank you. I figured it was about 4pts.

Donna, here's a link to the original recipe.

I modified it because I had no mustard. I should have used more seasoning. But paired with flavorful, low point baked beans, they were awesome.
