Hey all. What a week. I have to work tomorrow, but I think I will try to clean my office if possible. I am on-call. Otherwise, I am so glad it is Friday and Payday! Going grocery shopping.... YIPPPEEEEE.

KO... staying the same is way better than gaining!!!!!

Flower... Yipppeee on the loss. It's all that walking. Good for you. My week was crazy and so far I only made it to the gym once. But last night I took the girls to swim classes and was able to do open swim with Emma for 20 minutes. It was mostly walking and chasing her through the water, so that has to count for something.

Gotta run. I am super hungry today which isn't good.

Welcome Kate. My youngest is named Kate, short for Katherine. She is a 2 1/2 year old spitfire.

I am at work today, probably leaving early because it is really quiet. I will do what I need to, then go home to enjoy the beautiful day here. It is supposed to be sunny and in the 70's, then next week drop back to normal cold temps!!!

I am feeling blah today, headache and backache. I guess I need a pick me upper!!!

Have a great weekend all!!!

I got up late, had to stay up til midnight to pick up my 15 year old from the high school dance last night. Why do they have to become teenagers? lol When I woke up, I threw on clothes, ate a yoplait light and walked out the door to walk. I made it 70 minutes and I doubt my feet would have taken me any farther. I need some better socks. Or wear hubbies. Mine are too thin and makes blisters where the new tennies rub. I guess I never noticed before when just walking 20-40 minutes.

I have no real plans today. My life is pretty dull these days, not that I am complaining.

Kate - I am in the Wausau area. I lived in Milwaukee for a bit tho. I am 33 and don't like it when people call me Jenny anymore. It seems childish to me, especially at work (maybe I am just over analyzing it tho). Tho the people that have known me forever still call me it!!! Because of that, I call my Kate, Kate and not Katie. I love the name Katie, but my Kate is a tomboy and Kate fits her perfect. So cool you are so close to me. I rarely meet people that close!!!

Uh Oh on the pancakes too. Maybe your MIL doesn't realize that syrup is sugar!!! My MIL is a fad dieter, she loses, then gains and tries another diet. Since I have been on WW so long (minus the breaks while I was PG), I am not being conscious of what I eat and loosely doing points. I am trying to train myself to eat better without have to live by a book. It is a slow process for me, but I feel good about it.

OK, gotta run. Kids just went to bed and hubby wants me to watch a scarey movie with him!!!
