I joined WW on line - I don't think the site is much different to FitDay - but because I've paid I'm hoping it'll make me stay on program - today's day 1!! fingers are crossed

Well I'm on day #2 - I managed to stay on program yesterday - so here's to today. It's not supposed to be so hot today so I'm going to try and walk home from work. I'm trying to figure out the WW on line

Hi everyone

I did walk home yesterday - 3 miles
I had to take my car to work today so I just went for a 30 min walk - Tina, you asked me what I was doing for my birthday - I'd really like to go roller blading-I haven't gone for about 3 yrs and I have a brand new pr of skates just sitting here. I know if I just get my butt going I'd start getting out there. I'm finishing day 3 and I've managed to stick to points so I feel good about that.

well let's all have a great rest of the evening and a good day tomorrow - we deserve it

This first week back OP hasn't been that good for me. It stinks being an emotional eater, but I must remember that is no excuse. I'm the one in charge of making good or bad choices. I plan on going to weigh in today, but I won't make it next week because I'll be out of town on vacation. I can't wait. I have worked in my classroom for the last two days and will come back tomorrow to do some more work. I would love to have everything in order before I come back for preplanning (August 7th). The kids will return on August 10th. Not much longer. By the way I don't know if I mentioned it or not, but I was voted as Teacher of the Year at my school. I'm thanking God for all His blessings. Well I must run for now. Talk to you gals later.

Tina - when you were doing WW on line did you go to meetings to weigh in? I'm on day six and I really don't know if it was worth signing on - 1 went for the 6 month plan - I don't see any more advantage to these boards than there are with Fit Day!! Just wondering - maybe I'm not using them right - I'm tracking my food and my activity - browsing the boards - but as I say I can get that for free on other sites!!

Hope everyone here is doing great. Not to bad on this end. Tuesday's WI wasn't to bad. It said a .4 gain but don't think that was bad considering the get togethers and such. I tried to be somewhat careful but...... Anyways today my scale shows the gain gone and I am going to try to lose 2 lbs this week if possible. That would let me hit 20 lbs on the nose. Fingers crossed. So far since I started I have only had 2 small gains so Im not complaining at all. Slow and steady wins the race, right? Have a great week end everyone!

Maureen,I used to do e-Tools. I sometimes go to meetings for encouragement, and to weigh. Here's my take on using WW online--it immediately gives you points for all items and it figures points for a recipe. I believe it keeps you more accountable. Why not stay with it .
I stopped e-Tools because of money. But, in another month, I will subscribe again.

Sis, I'm impressed that you are almost to 20 lb. lost.

well I just finished week 1 on WW online and managed to lose 2.2 llbs-so onward to week 2
