Down 3 for me this week. I am going to start weighing in on Thursdays again. My 6 month WW membership is almost up, and I am going to try sticking to points and accounting to y'all instead of going to the meetings (so expensive and they are always flogging their products). I may join Kim Benson's site as well (the lady that made the black bean brownies on Dr. Oz).

Hi! Down 1# this week. (which my ticker already reflects from when I posted my new one the other day)
I was down 2# yesterday morning, but.........we went to Joes Crab Shack for dinner last nght. I'm not convinced I gained a pound as much as I'm thinking I'm retaining a ton of water. I didn't eat that much and I didn't exceed my daily points. Oh well. I'm so thrilled with where I'm at that I can definately live with it!
NSV - bought a size 1X in my shirt yesterday and an XL in my jacket! Could get into a size 16 Dockers Capri - but.....was still a little "snugger" than I like!

Hey Ladies I am new to the site. I am looking for some friends to share my weight loss success with. I just started a week ago and I am already down 3 pounds! How do you get those ticker things? Those are neat! I had one similar when I was pregnant with my daughter.
Well, I did not have a good weigh-in. I think I had a gain of 2 pounds. (I don't keep track of the exact number when it's a gain!) I think this is due to the weeklong-celebration of my boy's birthday coinciding with my TOM. Bad, bad combination. But on the positive side, I'm pretty sure most of that weight gain if not all was due to water retention.
I'm sick this week with a cold. Trying not to drink all my points in OJ.

One of these days I'll weigh again. I just haven't cared about weighing or journaling lately. Have to get out of that rut.
