GOOD JOB EVERYBODY!!!

I weighed today and only lost a smidgen!!! Like 7 oz. haha! So, I'll post my official weight Sunday. I can't imagine why I'm not seeing a better loss this week.....I have worked my butt off! I only had one day of "bad" choices and still stayed with in points range!

Good Morning all!

I lost 1.6#'s this week. Total of 7.4#'s in 3 weeks.
I want to increase my walking this week to 35 minutes 4 times this coming week, but may shoot for 5 times this coming week.

Congratulations Tina on Maintaining! Amen to not gaining!

soooooo i tried to cheat and finally got on the scale i bought WHY IN THE H did it say i weighed 400 lbs????????????? wtf so i freaked out!!!!! My mom tried to "fix" it and i got on it and it said I weighed 10 lbs more than i did last sat.............IM FREAKING OUT!!!!! so i guess ill weigh in tomorrow at my work on the scales that actually get caliberated once every 3 months and see what the deal is bc if i gained 10 flippin lbs in one week when i have stayed in point range and have worked out i will give up!!!! im sitting here in tears.....i know im a cry baby but SERIOUSLY????

Nikki: Try not to freak out. It kills me to only weigh once a week, but when I try to weigh more often it goes up and down. I weigh on my home scale in the buff on Thursday morning and then I weigh at the WW meetings at 4:00 that evening. I try to have on the same clothes and eat about the same amount.
Find you a scale that you feel is reliable and then try to limit yourself to once a week. For me it's less emotional.

thx ladies! BUT im not technically a member of WW.......im just following the plan.........not so easy. I weigh at work on the scale there so ill find out tomorrow

Nikki, what kind of scales did you buy? I splurged the last time and bought more expensive ones, and they have been very accurate. Mine weigh the same as my doctor and the scales at the Y. Hang in there!!

thanks ex!! ya all going well skipped this sat weigh in bc of 15 in of snow and couldnt get to work! lol just going to wait until this comin sat although we are getting anothe foot today lol............stayin on point and workin my butt off (literally)!!!
