Tina, I don't think I'm brave, just having a reality check. I haven't been doing any program at all really. The one thing that I tried has just been on a shelf for quite a while now. I think with Bob being sick, I just haven't cared about what I do. sad. I know what I need to do.
I am determined to get to Lifetime this year. I'm hoping to at least make goal by June. Our 25th anniversary is coming up and I want to go to Hawaii and not be ashamed to hit the beach.

Tammy, I'm right there with you. Have been going up and down the same 5lbs since July. Just can't seem to stay on the horse. But, I hope having the new year and our anniversay as incentives will help me stay on track.
Thursday's weigh in showed a 2.8lb gain. I'm determind to have that off by next Thursday. Good Luck everybody!
Terry, it's great to see you back. I've really missed you and wondered how you were doing. You have a great incentive, going to Hawaii. I've never been but would love to go. You'll have to send each of us post cards.

I have my WW materials out to reread and prepare. I will start journaling on Monday. I will continue to drink water and drink more water. I will start going to the Y like I did a year ago. I have only gone to the water aerobics classes since Bob was sick. There isn't a Y close to where we will be in GA. I need to check to see if the place we are staying has a workout room. I know I'll be able to get in lots of walking and there are bikes we can rent.
I am up a pound. Bummed. Not changing tracker because I just realized that TOM should be starting any day now. That has to be it because I have been pretty good this week. Well, I hope that's the reason anyway.
