Well, I for one am glad January is over.
I lost a grand total of 3lbs for the month.
That is waaaayy less than I wanted to lose.
I knew last weeks big loss was too good to be true; today I was up 0.6lbs.
It's really irritating because I was really good this week. No cheating at all. Put in 6 hours on my exercise bike. Drank all my water and ate my veggies. I was really hoping to lose something.
Oh well, hopefully it will show up next week.
