Well, good and bad news. I am doing really well with food. I think it will be a 3 or 4 pound loss. But...when I was at work today I was talking and walking with my staff and twisted my right foot. It HURTS!!!! This is the same foot I broke about 15 years ago. I'm elevating it right now and I will put ice on it too. Right now I'm basically dragging it around. I will see how it shapes up through the day. Good thing it is about a month before I start the C25K plan. I am pissed!!
