I've got bad news. I was up 1.4 pounds.
This is not good. This will not help my mini goal of losing 4 pounds in two weeks.
I shall trudge forward. I am drinking my water today. I've had just one diet cola.
I hope everyone has better results than me.

Went for mammogram yesterday, and I also had a check-up with my family doctor. He is a bit concerned about my blood pressure. It was up again when I was there yesterday. I go back in 2 months, hopefully it will be lower.
Acccccckkkk.. were we suppose to Weigh In this week course as you can guess I didn't do that. I'm not gonna make my halloween goal, but I anything is better then nothing loss wise. I still have 3 more days, so will W/I on Wed to see where I am.
Sounds like no one did that great last week, although not everyone has checked in yet.....
