Well, DD began a wonderful day by getting sick all over her playpen, forcing mommy to take a sick day for her, and then being perfectly fine the rest of the day. Ah well, at least I wasn't at work and we got to play, but there was lots of access to food. Lots of snacking but all portions were very small today--yes, I measured my hummus and weighed my cauliflower.
B1 (before the interuption!): raison bran & soymilk, coffee w/ skim
B2 (after): lf plain yogurt w/ low sugar strawberry perserves
S: Kashi TLC crackers
S: Kashi dk choc/cherry granola bar
L: leftover chicken/bell pepper stir fry w/ basmati (the last of it finally), dk choc
S: cauliflower w/ hummus
S: ww toast w/ light butter & honey
S(!): crackers
D: chicken & cheese ravioli w/ marinara, garlic toast made from homemade ww italian spice bread, dk chocolate (2 squares this time)
S (after run): Clif oatmeal raison walnut bar
I'm going to have some more water, go shower (just got back from the run), shave my legs, and then hit the couch for some Survivor, more water, and if I'm still hungry (yes, after all that snacking) some popcorn.
