Default Whole Foods Menu 11/30 (echo, echo)

Just kidding, I know everyone is busy but I need to keep listing this.

B-oatmeal, flax, raisins, honey, cinnamon
L-salmon, sweetpotato, yellow squash
S-strawberries, yogurt, honey
D-lentil soup (w/turkey ham and veggies), ry krisp, 1 string cheese
S-ww english muffin, almond butter, blueberry spread

LOL, joy of six! Well, I'm back from Thanksgiving and almost over the cold from **** , so I guess it time to get back to treating my body right!!

B-whole grain cereal, 2% milk, dried cranberries
L-turkey sandwich, apple
D- whole grain pasta, ground turkey, pasta sauce
S- green tea w/ royal jelly honey

B - 1 whole grain English muffin (sprouted), 1/2 with strawberry/rhubarb jam, 1/2 with natural peanut butter (trying to gently cut back on the amount of peanut butter I'm eating every morning)

L - small cup lentil soup, 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole grain, with dijon mustard, romaine, tomatoes, onions and peppers

S - 1 package of raspberries (10 for 10.00 - what a good price for raspberries this late!)

S - tall non fat latte

S - carrot sticks

D - home made soup - tomatoes, chickpeas, leeks, spinach

Calories are a little lower than usual, trying to recover from Thanksgiving and pie and what not.

Well, DD began a wonderful day by getting sick all over her playpen, forcing mommy to take a sick day for her, and then being perfectly fine the rest of the day. Ah well, at least I wasn't at work and we got to play, but there was lots of access to food. Lots of snacking but all portions were very small today--yes, I measured my hummus and weighed my cauliflower.

B1 (before the interuption!): raison bran & soymilk, coffee w/ skim
B2 (after): lf plain yogurt w/ low sugar strawberry perserves
S: Kashi TLC crackers
S: Kashi dk choc/cherry granola bar
L: leftover chicken/bell pepper stir fry w/ basmati (the last of it finally), dk choc
S: cauliflower w/ hummus
S: ww toast w/ light butter & honey
S(!): crackers
D: chicken & cheese ravioli w/ marinara, garlic toast made from homemade ww italian spice bread, dk chocolate (2 squares this time)
S (after run): Clif oatmeal raison walnut bar

I'm going to have some more water, go shower (just got back from the run), shave my legs, and then hit the couch for some Survivor, more water, and if I'm still hungry (yes, after all that snacking) some popcorn.

Suzanne, you FORGOT to eat?? Wow! Sometimes I forget to stop!
