Default Whole Foods menu for Monday, 11/13

Just finished packing up my breakfast/lunch ... might as well start the thread!

B: banana, Welch's 100% grape juice *
L: Whole wheat pita with turkey and swiss
S: 6 Triscuits with hummus
D: Broiled fish, steamed broccoli with 1T olive oil drizzled on

Four 24 oz. bottles of water

* I worry about this a bit, due to the high carb and calorie count, but it's specifically listed in the SF book as good because of the polyphenols. I'll just compensate elsewhere with lower calories.

Thanks everybody - we're still grieving, but doing better - we're BIG "pets as children" people so, we took it pretty hard.

Sincere condolences, Inconceivable. I know it's very difficult.

Okay, so far today...

Br: shredded wheat and bran cereal, maple syrup, milk, coffee
sn: apple and cheese
lunch: stuff-added/no added sugars yogurt, a banana, a Wasa fiber rye cracker
sn: wasa fiber rye crackers, more cheese, tangerine

I had another apple in my bag... must have eaten it at some point... hmmm...

dinner: I think I'm going to do something with a can of tomatoes, a can of chick peas or beans, a bag of frozen spinach if I've got some or some frozen peas, lots of curry powder, and some yogurt. I could put it over some of that Texmati whole rices mixture I have, or maybe ww cous cous.

I may meet a friend for a glass of wine.
