Today is shaping up to be OK

B-Cheerios w/ soymilk, OJ, Coffee w/ skim, ww toast w/ lf cream cheese and pumpkin butter
S-yogurt, plum
L-healthy request chicken soup, pineapple, dk chocolate, Kashi TLC crackers
S-hummus, carrots, cauliflower
S-Clif dk chocolate walnut nectar bar (these are fantastic!)
D-ww bread, either salad or broccoli (prob broccoli) and I'm guessing pasta w/ marinara, parmesan cheese, and maybe a meatball or two

The whole wheat bread for dinner is an experiment with the white whole wheat flour (found it at TJs). It is an Italian spice recipe, and I'll let you know how it turns out.

BTW I can't recommend these Nectar bars enough.

Okay, here we go:

Puffins
milk
coffee
1/2 and 1/2 (two halves make a whole, right?)

2 ww tortillas
ff refried beans
cheddar cheese
blob of greek yogurt (better than sour cream! almost like honest to goodness Mexican crema)
bit of habanero salsa
lettuce

kashi bar

dinner...hm...
not sure. Had a crappy day--caught a bunch of kids cheating, had a kid smart-mouth me. Comfort food sounds good (JUST SAY NO TO THE PIZZA!!!)

I might actually have Irish oatmeal. It's cold here, and that sounds good. Throw some peanut butter and honey in it, maybe, or dates and hazelnuts. An orange. Oh--wait--I have a ripe pomegranate! That will work.
