Ah, a rainy rainy Tuesday here.
Breakfast:
cheerios, blueberries*, walnuts*, 1% milk
1/2 english muffin with < 1 TBSP natural pb*
Snack:
16 oz ff latte
hard boiled egg
Lunch:
spinach* salad, shrimp, < oz blue cheese
Edit: this turned out to be Chinese food from the grocery
Snack:
apple*
Dinner:
Mixed the leftover swiss chard* from Sunday with leftover pasta with spinach* and feta from ?Friday? Added a little water to sauce it up and cooked it in a frying pan rather than nuking it. Also added some more feta - this time some with garlic and dried tomatoes - as it was kind of bland before. Tasted good, and I've enough left for lunch another day.
Snack:
Tea*
I'm running to the grocery store at lunch, as we're short of fruit (and milk) at home, and my salad is short on ingredients!
Edit: I did get an avocado and an orange pepper so tomorrow's salad will be lovely.
