Running around all day, felt like I never sat down to eat a real meal. I did go grocery shopping at Wholefoods and stocked up on produce and healthy food for the week.

B: Smoothie: 1/2c yogurt, soy protein powder, 1tsp flaxseed oil, 1/2c superfoods green juice, 1cup mango & raspberries

S: 3 bites of my husband's leftover pastrami sandwich, 6 potato chips

L: 6 pieces of sushi: spicy tuna roll made with brown rice & avocado wrapped in seaweed

S: 4 almonds, 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1/4cup blueberries

D: Ezekiel whole grain oat& nut english muffin w/2 tblsp almond butter, 1.5 cups milk, 2 squares dark chocolate

About 1500 calories

Glory--good luck tomorrow at jury duty. Hopefully you can pack a lunch or have time to go somewhere semi healthy

I thought I'd better post my plan here - my "head hunger" is screaming for something in the pastry family. Luckily there's nothing around at work - amazing as that sounds.

B: cheerios, 1/2 C 1% milk, 1 oz walnuts, 1/2 ww eng muffin, smear of strawberry jam

s: hard boiled egg (not nearly the same as pastry - sigh)

l: left over ww pasta with pesto sauce and peas, leftover shrimp - about 10 small ones, mixed fruit or applesauce

s: 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese, frozen (and thawed ) strawberries

d: black bean chili, made with veggie crumbles over brown rice

s: tea, square of dark chocolate

I realized the menu I posted earlier was for yesterday. I guess I didn't know the date last night!

Monday: 1285 calories
No exercise again darn it. There's so much snow outside, it makes me not want to go out, but I have all the gear and my dog was pouting today so I'll take her out for a long walk tomorrow. There's also a new yoga/pilates combo class at my gym tomorrow I'd like to try.

B: Smoothie: 1/2cup Odwalla Citrus C Monster, 1 scoop soy protein powder, 1 tsp flaxseed oil, 1/2cup mango, 1/2cup raspberries, 1/2cup lowfat Kefir, 1tsp honey

L: 1/2cup bulgur wheat pilaf, 1cup spinach, 2.5oz tuna, 1tsp olive oil, 1.5oz tomato, sun dried tomatoes 1oz, handful of blueberries

S: 1 bottle of HonestTea Heavenly Honey green tea, 2 squares Newman's Own Sweet Dark Orange chocolate

S: handful of roasted sunflower seeds

D: Burrito: Whole Wheat wrap, 1.5oz turkey, 1/2cup beans, 1/4oz cheese, wedge of tomato, green onions, lots of salsa, few carrot sticks (while cooking)

S: 1 square Newman's Own sweet dark orange chocolate

GLORY--How was jury duty? I read your story...amazing.
JOYOFSIX--Three basketball practices!
PAT--Who won? you or the pastry?
SUZANNE--looks like you did really well, every thing on your menu is a whole food!
TWOYEARPLAN--congrats on the beginning of your two year plan!
SLIMLINDY--How are you? I remember you were one of the people who encouraged me in October when I first started. Thank you. It's been a slow weight loss for me, but I feel like I'm really making some life changes and even through the holidays when I normally gain 15-20pounds.
