It's a new year, and if all goes well, the year I get back to goal!
I found a paperback copy of the original Superfoods book, so now I can refer to it when I want, and not have to check it out from the library at intervals.
B - spoonbread (a corn meal "pudding" made with cornmeal, milk and eggs) leftover from yesterday's brunch; 1 slice bacon
S - ff latte
L - leftover salmon patties
S - applesauce and lf cottage cheese
D - leftover rainbow trout (one that DH caught this summer); potatos, veg of some sort from the freezer
