I'm down 2lbs this week. It's not like it has been, but I think it's because I ate all my FP and all my AP's.. this week, I'm going to test it. I'm only going to take 4APs (or less if I earn less) and only eat half of my FP and we'll see what happens!
Seeing this smaller (compared to my previous weeks) weight only makes me want to stick to it longer
