Hi skinni! I have friends across the pond, I would like to have another! I started WW last week, it works very well for me because I live alone, with only myself to take care of. I've only lost a few but every one counts as a success! Good Luck, and you are in good company!

I'd love to be friends with you on here and support each other.

I am not on a "plan" as such, just cutting down and exercising.

Started at 15st 2lbs and 1 week in now 14 10lbs. So far so good

HI all - not getting a lot of traction on the September board, so wanted to check in here. I've had some hard days staying on plan - not sure why, but I am suddenly craving lots of things I haven't had in a while. I am also exercising more now, so I imagine there's an impact there. I really want to get to onederland by October, but whenever I set that kind of mental goal, it doesn't seem to happen.
