Hi! I was wondering if you receive anything by mail when you register online? or its all through internet?

It's all online - you don't get anything else, though I note you are in Canada and I am in the US so it may be different. Everything you need is in the online version, though, if you don't do meetings.

Congratulations on the weight you have lost. Which WW's are you using? online or meetings or just on your own?

I started out going to meetings and using the online stuff on the plan before Points Plus and then went to online only for a short period and when P+ came out, back to meetings and online for a while and then back to online only, which I've been doing for about a year now. I like the online part a lot since my schedule gets a bit hectic for meetings.
