Yay! Another challenge! The last challenge I only lost 3 lbs
basically all my fault for not resisting temptation.
So now I really have to STICK to my goals!
1. Track everything
2. RESIST temptation esp on salty food like chips
3. Never (I will try) go over my DP or WP
4. Measure portions/portion control
No workout goal? Well I am proud to say I am good at working out and going to the gym. I go regularly. Or should I say I am a gym buff. Before I dont lose weight its because of my eating habits. But now thanks to WW I lost 18 lbs. So there
I wish this time I will really reach my goal weight. I know 10 lbs is alot in 2 months but I will surely try
