my friends your height and 210-220 she says shes trying to lose weight i dont believe it, too many timmies to be trying lol, but anyways she wants to be 150 as well, ive seen her at 150, thats far too big for her even though shes a drummer with muscle weight. she has a bad heart, high cholestorol, bad sugar, etc and etc and shes 24. but she complains she doesn't want to be 100-120 like the doctor recommends for her height because she doesn't want to be one of those 'skinny girl types'. all she is doing is hurting her health and putting herself in an early grave at such a young age. i know im fat too, ive lost almost 70 lbs now and i want to lose 100-125 lbs more depending where it settles. i definetly will not stop until im at a weight that is at least healthy for my height regardless of whether i think i look fine heavier or not. i know its hard but think of the health benefits an extra 10lbs gone would give you, let alone 25 *hugs* i know you can do it girl and hey we are from the same place im a newfie too!
