I don't know how I did it, especially after sunday night, but I lost 3.8pounds this week!!!! That bought me to a total of 10 pounds lost (1 pound away from my 5% goal)!
I attribute it to the 2 45-minute intense elliptical sessions I had this week. I did other stuff too, but those workouts really killed me. I also ate pretty well with one or two hiccups and one moment of sheer idiocy. I'll probably be paying for it next week, but I'll deal with that when/if it comes. I'm 1/7th (or 1/8th) of the way there!
