Default Activity points question

So, I have been on weight watchers for a few months now and everything is going well. I am just wondering about the 4 activity points a day limit. Some days I do a LOT more than that, and some days I don't have time for much activity at all. For example, on the weekends, I will take a long run, do a yoga class, and sometimes even a bike ride as well. But once a week at least I have such a busy day that I don't get to do much of anything. Is there anyone out there who counts more than 4 points but maybe keeps it so the average won't go over 4 points a day? thanks

Most of the folks in our meeting and our leader don't use their activity points so I'm not sure about the answer.

Interesting... I use the activity points before I use the flex points though...

I don't limit my activity points. But I don't use them either. I just collect them as prizes for what I've done. I get about 35 per week. I don't count normal daily activity, which I might if I was having a hard time getting to 28 points. I just count my daily walk (4 pts) and I get more points if I go further or mow the lawn (push mower, not self-propelled). I don't give myself points for weights or yoga or anything because I don't need them. But if I did, I probably would.

You can earn as many APs in a day as you want but you should not eat more than 4 of them back. If you do the WW program correctly, APs are not used until all WPAs are gone. I earn about 35 a week and eat none of them. Eating them defeats the purpose of burning more calories.
