Default Filling, low-point, fast food lunch

Today I got a Black Forest Ham salad at Subway. I LOADED it will all the veggies and used a whole packet of fat free french dressing. The entire thing came out to 3 points!

I know it's easy enough to make your own low-point salad at home, but if you forget your lunch one day this is a good option. It's also a good option if you need to save up some extra points for a dinner out.

One favorite of mine is to get a mexican cesar salad from el pollo loco- with no dressing. Then I use some salsa for my dressing isntead- that's less than 300 calories AND delicious! Sometimes if I want more protein I add a flame grilled leg or two. I calculated once that this salad with salsa instead of dressing, and two legs was 450 calories- that's a HUGE lunch btw. Normally I get one leg with my salad.

Taco Bell's fresco menu isn't at all that bad for fast food. I eat 2 fresco soft tacos for 5-6 points total.

LOVE IT. I am not sure how it is how low? How many points for the bread?

I'm glad I saw this post. I used to get the Wendy's Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which was only 6 pts according to my old WW Dining Out book. I just checked the website prior to posting, they must have changed the recipe because it's now 8 pts!! Guess I better not rely on that old book too much.
