What did you do today?
I would really like to log what I'm doing, and was hoping some others would be interested in posting their exercises they did for the day.
Full disclosure - I have a broken ankle, so I am mainly doing exercises I can do on my floor at home that do not utilize my right leg, haha. Last thing I wanted to do was anything other than eat lots and lots of delicious carbs today...but I stuck to it and completed my strength exercises...
