Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie and just found this site. I've lost about 60 pounds and still have a flabby waist and butt. What I'm concerned about is whether the waist and butt are loose skin or just flab?
I'm getting a tummy tuck in a month for my stomach which I know is all hanging and loose and will never firm up, but my butt and waist feel more like flab - when I'm standing I can grip it and when I lie down it kind of flattens out, like its shapeless... So, I'm wondering if weight training will work these areas? I know my body fat is around 27.
Any info would be appreciated!
