Yep. I do. It's on page 150, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The Shrimp Scampi was good as well as the Singapore Shrimp. Most of the recipes are quick to make and tasty. Mom's Chicken Enchiladas I make in batches and freeze for a quick meal too. Enjoy the book. I think it makes following the program much easier to do. Much better than broiled chicken, steamed broccoli, and baked yams
every night.
