Dick's is giving away a free "stand" on the selectech dumbbells by bowflex...
 

if anyone's been eyeing these, the free stand is a $140 value and I've only seen them do this like once a year. The dumbbells are 399.

Nelie, they also have kettlebells on sale. Man those things aren't cheap! They range from 29-89 PER kb. OUCH!

Thanks for the heads-up. DH and I have been wanting the bowflex selectech dumbbells... and I've been wanting a kettlebell (I didn't even know Dick's had them). I'll go over tomorrow to check it out.

Mmmmph! Another disadvantage of living in the frozen north! Weights are something that I just can't afford to pay the shipping on. :lol:
