Arrow gastric bypass patient and doctoral student looking for participants for survey

Hi! My name is Tabatha and I had a Lap RNY on June 4th, 2002 and I have lost 70 lbs so far.

I am writing to you because I am a doctoral student in clinical psychology and I'm doing my research project on weight loss surgery patients and their psychological needs. Iím looking for participants to take my survey. This is not for profit, just to graduate! You must be post-op to participate in the survey. My questionnaire is online. It's confidential in that your info will not be shared with anyone, and there is a $100.00 drawing for a gift certificate to the winnerís local mall. I need lots of people to get this project done and graduate on time. When I complete my degree I'm really interested in giving back to the WLS community, because they have supported me soooo much! If you are interested in taking the survey, please go to the below website and complete the survey! Please make sure you answer all questions even if it seems that it doesn't apply to you.

Also please pass the word to your friends, support group or anyone else. Feel free to forward this email. Thank you! Tabatha

Password: survey

Thanks again for all your help! Need anything please let me know!

tabatha... great topic for a dissertation!!! AND i'll do the survey on one condition: that you keep coming back here, and posting, and telling us how things are going with you, your studies, the survey, and everything else in general.

Start your day with a smile, and get it over with.

Talking Good deal

Sounds like a good deal to me! The studies final results won't likely be available until May, but I will definately come back and tell you the results in addition to using the site for my own support and information! :-) Okay... Thanks alot! Tabatha
