hi all, i'm doing great... I don't post here enough I know ....

just thought i'd share that I'm in ONEderland at just over 4 months out... I've lost a bit over 50 pounds so far since surgery...

actually DH and I shoveled (i needed the exercise the trainer canceled today) and the girls are out running around.... probably builidng snow igloos

Great! I love shoveling, its not boaring to me! But as I dont live in a house anymore but in a flat I dont have a chance to do it often!
Few days ago I did it arround my building and everyone thought I am crazy
:-) It was fun for me so I dont care about my image really :-)
