hi ladies!! i've been lurking around here for about a week now, and decided it's where i need to be.
my name is Tracy, i'm 26 (27 on sat. eeeek
)i'm married and have 2 gorgeous children. hayley just turned 2, and mason is 9 mos.
i started going to the gym in july and also started doing WW at that time. i was doing great and then got knocked off my feet w/a sprained ankle. no working out whatsoever for 3wks. and for that 3wks i did awful on my *diet*. i fortunately didn't gain in that time and i've been back on track for about 3wks and have lost 7.5lbs in that time.
my goal is to loose 30 more pounds by the end of the year. and then i will re evaluate and decide where to go from there.
so there's my intro. i look forward to getting to know all of you!
my question:where do i get the cutesy little tickers? and how do i put a pic up?
