Default 3 fat chicks is becoming my religion!
I know I'm not the only one, this site has become my religion over the last 3 months. I check the posts when I get up in the morning, several times during the day and also before I go to bed. Dieting is never fun alone, but with the help and support of all you wonderful people, it has really been easy!! Thank you to all and wishing good luck to everyone!!

Me tooo!!! LOVE this site. I don't find weight loss easy just yet, but I am finding it easier than if I did it on my own. Usually, after two months I give up thinking "I've lost some weight, good enough." I've never been motivated to go further and get to my goal/dream weight. This time I'm doing it, pound by pound!

I love this site too. It helped me lose my first 72 pounds. I've been off goal for awhile but hopefully I'll stay on this time.
