Good Morning!
I'm on the run today so I'm taking an apple and a little bag of nut, raisin, cheerio mix and a bottle of water in the car.
I might be at my Mother's mercy for lunch (depending on timing).
I should land home at about 4 or 4:30 with a package of meat from the butcher shop and we'll have whatever's in there that is quick to make for supper (with a salad).

If I get a bike ride in it'll be later.

Didn't get to exercise last night. I got home from work and felt so tired that I laid down and napped for 1/2 hour. There was an end of season track ice cream social last night at the HS, and I didn't touch a drop. I visited with friends instead! Tonight is the Band department awards assembly and social - wish me luck!

b- 1/2 turkey and havarti on whole grain
s- fruit chunks, maybe almonds and pistachios
l- ham and swiss on whole grain
d- turkey breast, veggies, stuffing (for the family)

What a great thread. I just found this site and I'm excited. I think a little pre-planning and accountability may be just what I need.

B-fast 2 low fat eggo waffles
one scrambled egg

snack - 1/2 pria bar and fruit

lunch - 1/2 cup chili and vege

snack - one bag of 100 cal snack and some protien

dinner - one 1" slice meat loaf and 2 veges and 1/2 c potato

dessert (if needed) other 1/2 of pria bar

I will exercise 15 min cardio / 20 minutes buns and thighs weights and 10 minutes stretching (I know it is not much, but with three kids under the age of 5 it is about all I can squeeze in.)

Memorial Day goal 146

I wish I didn't have to take it off. I try not to. My boyfriend always feels for my hand and plays with it and I think he is always kinda sad when he doesn't find it on my finger. lol (he gave it to me for xmas)
