Today I woke up and dragged my butt to the gym. As usual, I didn't want to leave but I had stuff to do.
B: pomegranate juice, dry cereal
L: cereal with soy milk
D: pasta with marinara, fat free mozzarella, breadsticks
s: mashed potatoes (not typical snack fare but fiance' is having surgery in the morning and was craving them in his last meal before he has to fast, haha)
I'm guessing about 1600 calories, give or take. Not too bad.
Tomorrow will be busy but I can't wait to work out, as long as my honey isn't bedridden with pain from his hernia surgery, in which case I'll stay home.
