I've had meal #1 and have packed my mini meals for the rest of the day. That's about as far ahead as I can go.

I don't have time for my fitness circuit at school, but I plan to walk off some aggravation when I get home.

Here's to you looking hot on your motorcycle chick and me running by this summer.

Good Morning Gals!
I had an awesome day yesterday so I think I'll cut and paste and tweak as I go.

I'm going to have a shot at doing this a little differently again today. It worked very well yesterday. I'm going to list out my plan and then come back and check it off or something as I go. Then last thing this evening, I'll come back and reassess how it went.

Breakfast-whey protein and berries

12:30 -tuna and greens and baby carrots

3:15 - I had yogurt. I'm busy at the computer and just didn't take the time to make my pancake

finally made my pancake at 4 -oatmeal, egg whites and soy protein made into a pancake

a nibble of chicken, salmon and greens and cottage cheese

yogurt, cottage cheese, fruit

It was biking the sun even came out for a bit.
no weights today ....weights, it's legs day

a great little recipe i got off of the weight watches recipe section here. it's 8 egg whites, 2 eggs,3 tablespoons low fatmilk, 1/2 cup of low fat cheese, 4 ounces ham, salt and pepper to tast, and your suppose to put spinich and cherry tomatoes in it. mix it all up and spoon it into a muffin pan. cook it for 3 minutes at 350 in the oven. makes about 12 egg muffins.

last night i chopped up a small tomatoe and some broccoli and it taste okay. i may leave off the broccoli next week.

only about 50 calories a muffin. i usually eat 2 for breakfast.

Oooh! That does sound good!
Actually your food looks pretty good. You could just have a little more of anything.

thanks susan....i'll probably try to eat a little more than one serving of the chicken and veg. part of the stir=fry. stick with about half of a cup of the rice.

i like some of the recipes i got from the weight watchers section. they are yummy!! still looking for sesame seed oil to make the cucumber dressing with tofu.

I have sesame seed oil, I think I may have found it in the oriental food section of an ordinary grocer.

I guess you could call my day a success. I ate properly, but only got in 1/2 hour on the treadmill. I just need to get up in the am and start my day off with some sweating. I still haven't lost any more weight, and I made the mistake of measuring today and I had higher expectations than what I should of.

I didn't get my exercise in either, well not all of it. Made an impromptu trip with DH for supplies for his work tomorrow instead.
But food was good.

I had a horrible day. I don't usually exercise on Mondays but today I actually slept! Most of the day even! I am so tired for some reason (PMS maybe?) plus it is rainy outside. I laid around and read magazines and took a nap.

B:Apple and POM juice
S:Some dry mini wheats (out of soymilk, doh!)
D: Will be leftover veggie Chilli and Homemade lowfat cornbread.
probably a glass of red wine before bed

Tomorrow will be the start of my workout week, wish me luck on that!
