Thanks everyone for the inspiration. I don't feel bad at all anymore. It is really hard to go into the gym where you have all these "perfect" women who can be on the elliptical for 40 minutes, or the treadmill for 1hr. But I am determined to get myself going. Yesterday I went to the gym, and did 17 minutes on exercise bike, 4 on the ellipitcal and used some weight machines. Monday someone at the Y is going to show me how to use the weight machines right. so I am doing it right . Today we are going to the Zoo, the Zoo here in N.C. is about a 5 hr walk up and down big hills. So that is my exercise for today. I have always loved to exercise, but have always had the problem of sticking to it and of course food is a problem; I have tried using journels but just can't stick to it. If anyone has any ideas to help please let me know. Thanks .
