Glad to see these are still going! I haven't been keeping up with them lately, but now I am back. Today's plan:
  • skim milk
  • whole-wheat English muffin with Promise ff spread
  • pasta salad I made yesterday
  • Campbell's "Soup at Hand" chicken & stars
  • yogurt
  • Healthy Choice sausage w/noodles, corn, pineapple, and some sort of sauce
Should be about 1250 calories, but I'll adjust if anything changes (which it may since TOM is due to attack tomorrow ).

Good morning ladies... It sure feels like a Monday!

B: 1 1/2 cherrios w/ 1c skim milk, handful of blueberries and 1 med apple
S: 6oz low carb/low calorie yogurt
L: spinach salad w/vegies and lemon pepper tuna w/ f.f dressing
S: baby carrots w/hummus
D: turkey meatloaf and steamed vegies

I have worked out like a mad-woman both Sat & Sun and the gym is a total cluster f**k on Mondays so I may try to get in a run as soon as I get home from work. The only problem is it still gets dark fairly early and its not very safe to run alone in the dark. I hope everyone has a nice Monday!

I am going to have a perfect day too! Goal for this week: 100 g protein/day, NO snacking at work (unless brought from home), and running 5x.

Today:
B: 1/2 c oats with choc protein powder and water
spoonful banana butter
S: protein shake
L: bag carb options chips
turkey soup
veggie burger?
S: protein pudding
D: turkey burger, veggies

I did cardio plus upper body weights this morning and I will be running ~3miles after work plus maybe some pilates? we will see...

Well, breakfast and snack went as planned. Lunch did too but I substituted the grape tomatoes with a fruit bowl as I fancied something sweet.

The problems is I developed this massive headache mid morning. It's right at the front of my forehead. I bought a fat free latte in the hope that it might be caffeine related and took some motrin too. I have to get rid of this before the gym tonight .

Alright, I'm here for accountability--being a good girl I went to the grocery store after work, which is a MAJOR weakness for me. I looked at the double-stuff peanut butter oreos for a good 5 minutes and opted to walk away. I actually feel quite relieved and somewhat proud

Anyway, my afternoon has changed a bit, so I am here to update. Dinner will still be smoked sausage, but now with just a side of corn and no pasta, and the sauce is chili sauce, grape jelly, worcestershire sauce, and a small can of pineapple chunks and juice, so I accounted for all of the sauce calories now, too. I also had a small raspberry tart-type thingy that one of the ladies at work made, so I estimated that in my Fitday as well. Total is still well under 1400 calories for the day I also ditched the yogurt I had planned and instead found some "whipped" 1% fat cottage cheese at the grocery store, so I tried a few spoonfulls of that (I'm not huge on the texture of regular cottage cheese, and this is a little better).
