I make my own oatcakes...
4-6 egg whites
1/2 -3/4 cup of oatmeal
dash of cinnamon if you want
a sweetner,,,splenda or whatever you prefer
using a blender...
then with your nonstick skillet you can make 4-6 lil cakes.
I have gone so far as to add cottage cheese for more protein.
you can make this into a meal or eat on the run...
