Another pound down! Not the BEST but I haven't been eating well lately so I'm proud of that! I kicked some butt at the gym today too. Oooh so proud. I've started using this program that's really awesome to track my calories and etc. It's GREAT! I can find out how many calories I've burned doing everything! Dishes....showering...walking back from the gym.
