Let's see- after going back over my medical records, I found that I hadn't lost as much as I thought I did and I was two lbs heavier today than I was 4 weeks ago (which for me anything within a 5 lb fluctuation is normal on any given day- so it probably means I just haven't lost anymore wieght rather than an actual gain, but we'll see in another 4 weeks when I go back to the Dr.), so including my 2 lb gain I seem to have aquired, I am down a total of 10 lbs as of this moment.
Oh- and get this, I own two scales. One digital, one analog and my analog scale (my skinny scale) says I weigh 165ish, my digital says 170ish, and then my Dr's scale usually reads higher than either of them. So, really, I have no idea how much I weigh, but I tend to think the Dr's scale is more accurate, but I generally go by my "skinny scale" because it's more motivational for me because I KNOW that I am at the lowest weight this particular scale has ever read since I've owned it. Anyways- I just wanted to throw that out there...
2881.5 + 10 = 2891.5
