I hate Plateaus
That feeling when you weigh yourself after a good day of food and exercise. And gain .2 pounds. You know it's salt or a plateau or muscle v fat or a million other things. But that number still hurts.

I can relate, also. My plateaus often have me bouncing between 3 lbs for about 6 weeks or so before I finally drop a pound. Repeat. The closer I get to goal, the harder it is. I'd been struggling with one lately and then made a conscious decision to go super-clean on my diet (which meant dropping my two indulgences- coffee with real cream, and a piece of dark chocolate per day) and dropping some of my carbs. The weight does appear to be moving down the scale again. I'll give myself back my indulgences once the weight is off, so long as they don't cause me to re-gain.
